Resident Evil 5 (PS3 + 360)
Pass Shanty Town without throwing Sheva
To do this cheat/glitch you must use a grenade. When you find a grenade it's best to have 2 more for extra backup in case it doesn't work the first few times. Instead of throwing Sheva to the other side (allowing her to fight many enemies and getting to the door to unlock it) you can use the grenade to explode the lock. It will not work if you use a grenade behind the door, you have to use the grenade on the other side. To do this you must go on the 2nd floor and aim your grenade at the balcony wall (where the red sign is) throw it exact so that it will bounce to the door under you. If done correctly you MIGHT hear music in the background, go to the 1st floor and try to open the door, if it opens then you will not need to throw Sheva to the other side.
Easy Money
From the chapter select screen you can repeatedly go to chapter 1-2 and get your hand guns and
Armour that you get right at the beginning of the game. Pick up the guns and when you get to your next
check point save and quit. Go to your organize screen and see the two guns for 400 total 200 a piece.
You can do this over and over to get money but it requires a lot of time needed to do so. I've beaten the
game and that's what I did So I could get my upgrades for unlimited ammo.

Shanty Town Chainsaw Majini Knifed
To defeat the Chainsaw Majini with the knife, it's best to deal with your regular minions that get in your way. Once they're all killed you can now go to the big one. To kill him with the knife you MUST toy with him back and forth. (Might get a bit boring doing the same over and over) Head for the destroyed bus/mini-van. There should be a way to jump down behind it. Jump down and do a 180, start knifing him until he's about to jump, once he jumps climb up and move away (in case he hits you) then as he gets ready to climb up start knifing him until hes ontop. Jump down and knife him again. Do this over and over (best with a friend) until he dies. This should take about 5-10 minutes.

Kill The Infamous Lurker ( The Giant Frog )
To kill the infamous Lurker ( the giant frog )the first time you meet it when you meet back up with billy shoot it 3 times with the shotgun the second time you meet it when your billy running across the dam shoot it another 3 times with the shotgun and the last time you meet it shoot it with a grenade launcher loaded with acid rounds and it should die and I'm not quite shore if there is more than to see keep your guard up still but at least you have the satisfaction of killing the infamous lurker.
Easy Way To Kill Tyrant
First get the 22. derringer magnum from the 001 room and save it for the battle with Tyrant. One shot kills anything including zombies , hounds , hunters and so forth.

Easy Way To Kill Zombie Dogs!!
This really makes killing these annoying dogs easy and fun. You need to use your handgun. When a zombie dog sees you and starts to run at you, walk or run backwards facing the dog. When the dog looks like its going to jump at you stop running and aim your gun at the dog. When the dog is in the air fire your gun one time. The dog should yelp and get blown out of the air. This can save bullets and in the long run it really makes a difference

Unlimited Grenade Launcher Ammo
Step 1: Empty your inventory into an item box.
Step 2: Put the grenade launcher in your upper left item slot, grenade rounds to be duplicated in the upper right.
Step 3: Close the item box.
Step 4: Open the inventory and equip the grenade launcher.
Step 5: Open the item box and select the grenade rounds to be duplicated.
Step 6: Press the A button twice.
Step 7: Move the cursor to the grenade rounds to be duplicated in the item box.
Step 8: Press the A button twice.
Next, open the Item Box again, and put the Flame Rounds into the Item Box. Then, move the cursor to Flame Rounds (in the Item Box menu), and then press the A button. The cursor should move to the Grenade Launcher slot.

Easy way to kill zombies
There are two ways to do this trick. You can use the gun or the knife. If u use the gun step back from the zombie and aim up at its head and fire 2 shots, the zombie should fall dead or in hibernation. If you do this with a knife, I recommend you have one defensive weapon though because u will kill it with out damage. To kill it with the knife go up though the zombie and aim up and hack once run back, then run back up and slash again. The zombie should fall after 3 or 4 times maybe less. If your up against Crimson Heads use the gun far away! I use the knife more often because the worst that can happen is your lose a defense weapon while with the gun you lose ammo, maybe a defense weapon and maybe you will lose health. This helped me a lot. Please remember you can die doing this and i mostly recommend doing this with good aim and using the gun for Crimson Head. if it doesn't work it doesn't mean its invalid your aim may be off slightly.
Spike Room
When you are Jill, don't go into the spike room. To get to the spike room, go into the dinning room and go through the door but be very careful, the zombie that Barry supposably killed didn't die, it simply walked away. Anyways go into the room you first saw the zombie and go into the door that is kind of silver. Then when you get there you go into a hall and through a door. You will here scary music/moaning, run for your life! go upstairs and go through another door (you will see a dead body but it does not go anywhere or move) you go into the door and up the stairs there will be a armor knight and you go forward and then you pick up the key if you want to die. But if you don't leave it alone or play chicken and see who can get the closest to dying and put it back when you want it to stop.

Secret Film
There's a secret film can be found in the stars office. You just have to search the desk that says "it's trashed" about fifty times.
To get a time limit of under two hours: First don't grab any herbs keep the aid sprays u already have in the chest and dodge zombies instead of killing them and don't waste time making poses the time i got for doing this method was 1:36:24 (1 hour 36 min. 24 sec.)
Secret Costumes
Ok this may seem a little hard but after a few tries you might get it in one try. All right so first choose normal difficulty then choose a character so you want to get to the police station WITHOUT PICKING UP ANY ITEMS AT ALL!! you have to go thought the gun shop without picking up the ammo or the store owners shot gun then get to the police station once your there go down the steps out in front of the police station and you will see a special zombie Brad Vickers from stars Alpha team you cant kill him with your weapons now so try going into the police station until you find the shot gun go back out and kill him you will get a key that he drops go inside and find the darkroom by the steps and press the a button on your controller you should open the locker. Leon has two costumes and Claire has one but she gets a gun. well hope this trick is useful!!

Begin game play then press Start to display the options screen. Select the ''Button Config.'' option. Highlight ''Aim'' then hold R and press Z 10 times. The white boxes around ''Config'' and ''Aim'' should change to red to confirm correct code entry.

Inf Ammo All Weapons
There are two ways to get it as far as I know. 1. beat the game on hard to get the mercenary game, then complete that enough times to make enough money (your a mercenary, think about it) to buy it
2. I'm not sure you have to, but I beat the game once through before I did this, when you are at the clock tower, just after Jill is revived from the virus, fight Nemesis and kill him. He should drop an item. It should be an Inf Ammo Case. Finish the game and load the save. You should have infinite ammo. I haven't seen if it worked yet, but try it.
Get Jill's Bonus Diary
In order to get Jill's diary, you must collect all the files in the game in order to get it, by
doing this you must beat the game on semi-hard.

After you beat the game the first time play it 8 more times and each time you will discover what happened to Leon, Claire, Ada, Sherry, Hunk and everyone else in RE2.

Computer Password
When the captain of the Umbrella rescue team shoots one of his team members go over to the computer on the desk. It will ask for a password. ADRAVIL (also try SAFSPRIN OR AQUACURE ) is the password. This will open up the door. NOTE: The password is not always ADRAVIL it changes between three different passwords to find the password you use the t.v remote and what ever the commercial is (it might be ADRAVIL)use the name of the product on the computer.
Boutique Key
Beat the game once on either difficulty and after the credits, you will get a key for the boutique in the first street in the beginning of the game. When you go inside you can change your clothes to Regina's from Dino Crisis, or Jill's blue clothes from the first game.
Saving Ammo
Successfully complete the game once on any either difficulty setting and wait for the credits to end, then save the "Next Game" file to unlock "The Mercenaries" mini-game. Start a new game, choose that saved game, then select "The Mercenaries" mode. This mode involves controlling Carlos, Mikhal, or Nikoli from the train to the starting room with a two minute timer. Killing the various opponents and rescuing civilians during the journey will add extra money and more time to the clock. A rank and money will be awarded after the game is completed. The money can be used to purchase better weapons and infinite ammunition.
When using the water control unit in Raccoon Park to drain the fountain, you will need to align the gray and black gears. The gears need to be moved in this order to correctly align them and drain the fountain. Move bottom left black gear Up. Move top center gray gear Down. Move top right gray gear to the Left. Move bottom right black gear Up. Move top center gray gear Down. Move top left black gear to the Right.
When using the water sample machine in the abandoned Waste Processing Plant (Dead Factory), you will need to correctly align the three lines of the water sample to process the sample. The four possible solutions are A: 4 Right, B: 2 Right, C: 2 Left. A: 1 Right, B: 1 Right, C: 2 Left. A: 1 Left, B: 2 Left, C: 2 Right. A: 1 Right, B: 3 Right, C: 4 Left. This will unlock half of the lock to the door next to the elevator.

Beat resident evil 2. use the memory card with RE2 data saved and start a game in resident evil 3. You will then start out with an assault rifle instead of a handgun and you'll have some cool weapons in your chest when you get there.
In order to recieve rare items from nemisis you must beat him after confronting him,then pick up the item he dropped. you get new things from nemisis depending on how many times you beat him.
1 time- first aid box witch can hold 3 first aid sprays inside.
2 times- Eagle parts A
3 times-Eagle parts B ( combine with Eagle parts A to create a new handgun in your inventory.)
4 times- Get parts A to a western shotgun with fast reload action.
5 times- Get parts B to the western shotgun and combine to parts A to get a western shotgun in your inventory.
6 times- ?????
7 times- infinite ammo for one of your weapons in RE3. ( you get to choose.)
f you have RE3 game that you are low on ammo, you can mix gun powder, and combine it with your tools that you start with.
(Gun powder A is red, gun powder B is yellow,

In the begining Brad will get attack by a zombie in the BAR. He will throw him and the zombie will come back at him. Jill will run over, You will take control.DON"T help brad kill the zombie. You will save 5 to 7 shots if you don't shoot. That is where you save ammo.
Police Locker Combination
In the police station after killing the zombies you will be prompted for a locker combination. The combination is 0131. Also reported as 4312 or 0153
Secret Costumes
Jill has a total of 5 costumes, 2 you can get on easy, and you can get all 5 on hard mode. If you beat the game on easy, you get 2 bonus costumes for any rank, except F. After you beat the game, wait till the credits go by, you'll get a key to use at the boutique, that was locked earlier. In the boutique you get her original S.T.A.R.S. costume, and the Regina costume from dino crisis, complete with a wig. On hard mode, you can get those, plus a miniskirt police type outfit, disco type outfit, and biker type outfit. To get all five you must beat the game with a rating of A, to get 4 you must beat it with a B rating and so on, C=3, D=2, E=1, F=0.

Change The Name Of The Keys
Whenever you collect a key, goto the Player Status screen and select the key you want to change the name of (e.i. the Warehouse Key). Then select "CHECK" and read the brief info about the key. Now, backtrack to the Player Status screen and select the same key again. When you highlight it, it's name will change into something new. (Examples: the Warehouse Key changes into the Back Door Key and the Park Key changes into the Main Gate Key).

Rare Items From Nemesis, and How to Get Them
In order to recieve rare items from nemisis you must beat him after confronting him,then pick up the item he dropped. you get new things from nemisis depending on how many times you beat him.
1 time- first aid box witch can hold 3 first aid sprays inside.
2 times- Eagle parts A
3 times-Eagle parts B ( combine with Eagle parts A to create a new handgun in your inventory.)
4 times- Get parts A to a western shotgun with fast reload action.
5 times- Get parts B to the western shotgun and combine to parts A to get a western shotgun in your inventory.
6 times- ?????
7 times- infinite ammo for one of your weapons in RE3. ( you get to choose.)

f you have RE3 game that you are low on ammo, you can mix gun powder, and combine it with your tools that you start with.

Get the Linear Launcher in Battle Game
To get the Linear Launcher in battle game you have to get an A ranking with all the players. Chris,Claire 1 and 2, Steve, and Wesker. If you get the rankings the Linear Launcher will appear in all the players features.
Unlock the rocket launcher
End the game with a A-ranking. Don't use any first aid sprays.Don't save the game and no retry. Save Steve in the Luger-chamber.Give the medicine to Rodrigo and play the game till a end in 4 hours and 30 min.
Difficult, but you have the rocket launcher when you play a new game.
Unlock the battle game
Finish the game one time to unlock the battle game. In the beginning only Claire and Chris Redfield are playable.
One Hit Kills
Steve:

Beat Alexia 2nd Time
Okay you have to have your sub machine guns. When you go to the security place and put in the code veronica you have 5 minutes to beat her. When you go out the door you will have to fight her. When you begin take out your sub machine guns and shoot her till she almost dies and try to keep away from the acid, the big swing things, and the little slugs she sends out for you. And another cut scene happens. After that, the linear launcher will be ready to use, grab it and equip it. Then run around and try to keep away from the fire she spits at you. When she stops, try to hit her with the blow from the gun. Just keep on trying to hit her because it has unlimited ammo. When you finally hit her,another cut scene will happen. And she finally dies. Congratulations you beat the game. And no you don't have to fight Wesker but, he returns in another game
Get To the Antarctic With Chris
First go get the chemical by the handgun parts on the basement floor. Then get the blue indigo plate from the big electric thing, but the easiest way to get it is to walk in the water very slowly and he won't know your in there then grab it and walk slow out of the water again until you get out of there. Then go to the turntable and make a left and you will go into a room where the t-virus broke out. Go over to the freezer and set the temperature for 128 degrees and it will turn purple and you will get to take it. Next combine the three items you got and it will make a halberd made of gold. Finally go to the place where you got the battery for the lift and use the halberd on the door and you get to go to the Antarctic
The special diary
When you play the battle game, go to the slot machine in the casino. Do this with the same character. The third time there is a diary from D.I.J . Guess who that is? A mouse, the butler!

First how to destroy Nosferatu? You must take Alfred's sniper rifle before you go through the wall. Then on the roof you see that Nosferatu is coming for you. Take the sniper rifle and blow his hart to pieces!!! This is the quickest way to defeat him, and as far as I know, the only way.
When fighting Alexia for the first time. Pump her full off lead. First walk to the left side of the room and then work your way to the right side, but you must shoot every time she's away from you. When she is right in front off you you must run or get burned. Want to get both Jewels but you can't take them both? Turn the power off! Also you need a LOT off health packages when running away from Steve. Every time he hits you with his axe you will loose almost all off your health. But you must always keep running, don't shoot him it won't hurt him. Don't put every dragonfly wing in you item box, when you find more off them they will be put in one part off your inventory! Also go to the office where you first saw Nosferatu and where that damn irritating fly is flying around. When there use you halberd and you will find a cube. Use your head with this one when you enter the code in Alexia's lab. Alfred will fall out of Alexia's tube with a emblem, which exists off two parts. Check it and a jewel will be given.
Get two automatic pistols for Chris in the beginning
BRAND NEW!! This cheat is probably a first for some of you people...
When you start off as Chris you meet that guy who then gets eaten by the worm. When you save him he gives you the lighter. Go back to the room where you first met him, walk along the wall where he was laying before he got eaten and there will be a statue that says the 'stone can be moved down' do so, then use the lighter. Then TA-DA you got two automatic pistols for Chris' game!
NOTE: THIS CHEAT ONLY WORKS IF YOU GAVE RODRIGO THE LIGHTER IN EXCHANGE FOR THE HEMOSTAT!!

Infinite Handcannon
All you have to do is when you run out of bullets is you sell it to the Merchant and buy it back, remember it's FREE. When you buy it back you should have 3 bullets in it. But make sure you unlock it by getting all 5 star rank with all characters in all levels.
Punisher Pistol Unlock
Search in 2 areas of the game for the blue medallions and shoot all 15 of them. This is a quest from the guy that sells the weapon upgrades

To unlock the other characters you need a 4-star rating on each level. You can unlock Ada in the village. You can unlock Krauser in the castle. You can unlock h at the fort. You can unlock Wesker at the bay.

Easy Boss Battles
At any boss battle you fight (don't try this tip on small battles like J.J. and the Bella Sisters) bring a rocket launcher. I was reading other entries and can't believe that people haven't found out about it. All bosses can be brought down by one shot from the rocket launcher.
At the El Gigante part, just shoot it once with the rocket. You don't have to do that stupid run up and cut. One shot and it dies.
At the Lake, just fight it out using those spears. They really should have thought that part out more at Capcom.
When fighting Cheif Mendez, shoot him with the shotgun until his legs fall off. Then shoot him with the rocket. At the end, his legs will still be walking when he is dead if you can do it fast enough.
When fighting Salazar's right hand, wait for him to come down and fight, and knock over the nearest tank when he is close and shoot him once with the rocket.
When fighting Salazar, I suggest to shoot his eye with a magnum and when he is open, shoot him with the rocket. Watch out though, because he will still attack while you are aiming.
When fighting It, just keep moving at the part with the huge cages. When you get to the part with the cave, just shoot him with the rocket. If you have a lot of ammo, though, use the shotgun to save a couple bucks.
Now, you fight Krauser. Krauser is difficult. At the first part, I suggest moving up the ladder in the small room and shoot him with the shotgun. When he disappears, open the door. At this next part, keep running and dodging his shots. When you get the the symbol thing, get under cover until he comes down. When he does that, start blasting him, move the statue and run to the now opened door. Go through that part and don't respond. Go up the stairs and all that stuff, and when he attacks again, dodge him and try to get him down on his knees, a bit away from you. Shoot him with the rocket launcher and then start shooting him with a magnum or a shotgun if he survives, which he often does. Run and open the door.
When you get to Saddlar, don't shoot him immediately like in the other hints. No offense. Hit one of his eyes on his legs and when he gets down, shoot him in the eye with the rocket, so you don't have to get close and knife him several times. Then shoot him with the special rocket.
When you win the game, I suggest saving up for the Infinite Rocket Launcher. Once you get that, you can blast the smaller bosses and when you shoot people, the explode. It never gets entertaining. And instead of using the special rocket launcher in the final battle, you can just keep shooting him with the IRL and sell the special rocket launcher. It isn't worth much compared to other weapons, so i don't advise it if you have to clear out room.
Polly Has Some Good Crackers
Whenever you see a crow sitting in a tree or on the ground, try and shoot it. If you hit it they leave behind several goodies, about 80% of the time they leave behind Spinel diamonds, and they are good for a trade in once you encounter the merchant, and I did get 9mm bullets from one.
Killing El Gigante
Looking at all the Websites about Resident evil 4 i have noticed that not a lot of people know they most efficient way of killing the Ogre/EI Gigante yes you are supposed to target the Bug on his back, but if you damage him enough that he bends down on one knee, if you walk up to him and press the action button you will climb up on him and you slash away at the bug from on top of him, doing this about three times will bring him down, not to mention you save some ammo.
Protecting Ashley
Once you get Ashley, and you try to make your way to the extraction point, look around for these little red dumpsters, you can tell her to hide in them. then once you've disposed of all of the lingering villagers, you can call her from anywhere, (even from across the entire village!!) but make sure there aren't any villagers, because they will snatch her up and try to take her away.
Krauser An American
Ok he's a bugger. He's shooting at you like mad just throw grenades or shoot him with the rifle or shoot some Mines at him. Eventually he will come close quarters with you, when he does use your shotgun and he moves really fast so don't miss. when you do enough damage he will use a flash grenade and run away. So just run around grab items, and make your way to the insignias. He will appear many times and run away many times just do the same thing, after you have grabbed the 2nd insignia, he will come for you the final time, except this time he grows a big arm that's bullet proof. Even rocket launchers. So I recommend putting yourself in a corner, and fighting him from one side, He will run towards you with his wing protecting him so I suggest that you shoot his feet until he exposing his chest then let him have it, do this repeatedly until he dies then you got a timer on you to get the the gateway. they opened a shortcut for you, so don't mess it up
The Big Cheese
After you fight Either the Bella Sisters (chainsaw women) or The El (Ogre) you come to the exit of the Village which you need and Eyeball to get past, then you make your way to the lift, then its The Big Cheese usually i jus blow him away with my shotgun, but he usually doesn't stop moving either way, i recommend using grenades and shotgun. But if you don't have grenades you can climb up the ladder (either one works) and there's a Metal plate mounted to the wall if you hide behind that he cants get you as long as your up against the wall, threes a square hole in the bottom of that plate. you can either aim your rifle, handgun, or any weapon of your choosing threw that hole and fire away, but after you have blown off his legs this tactic does not work, so he will be jumping threw the rafters and clawing at you, so your best bet is to stay on the ground, and we he starts to swing towards you, shoot him with the shot gun, after you have grounded him once or twice his eye should fall out and that's that..
Hint Boss Fight
When you get back from the lake and come to the save/shop area go to the merchant, sell your shot ( if you have no room left) and buy the rocket launcher. You will be going up against a pretty big monster now. go out side and head for the church. A bunch of the possessed people will get massacred by this lord of the ring troll look-a-like and the battle will begin. go around and pick up all the items, get out your machine gun and start blasting away. the dog you saved from the trap earlier in the game will assist you. blast at the creature until a tentacle comes out of his back, he will bend down so shoot the tentacle. after repeating this several times equipped the rocket launcher and blast him down for the final time. The launcher disappears after you use it so go back and buy your shot gun back if you wish. now you can head back to the church and save Ashley.....or do you?
Conserve Ammo
Try to hit your enemy on the head or on their heart, this will save a lot of ammo through the game where it will get harder and need all the ammunition you can get.
Bear Traps and C4 Evasion
To avoid Bear Traps, simply shoot the middle of the trap. For Bombs, shoot the bombs themselves from a safe distance
Final Showdown
To Start off, When you enter the part were Saddler is you should have a rocket launcher. Now take it out and fire it at him. He will fall to the ground and you will have little time to get on his back and stab him in the eye. Now you have to shoot at the eye's on his legs to get him on the ground. Repeat this six more times, then Ada will throw Leon an Improved Rocket launcher that you have to hit Saddler with. He will die and you will get the sample then you will just have to see for yourself what happens.
Regenerator Killing Tip
Ok since nobody seems to know how to kill these guys I'll tell you what me and my buddy figured out. I forget where I found it but at some point in the game you will get an infra-red scope. Equip this with your rifle. When you aim at a Regenerator now, you will see little red areas on its body. These red areas are the locations of the parasites. Shoot each of these areas, the red spots will disappear, then shoot him once in the head. The body should get huge and explode.
Dog Fighting
During Chapter 2, you'll often be attacked by dogs, some of which have bugs on their backs. These can be very frustrating to try to kill. However, they're actually some of the easiest enemies in the game. The first time you see them, you'll be near the lake. Just run back to the boat and harpoon them to death. For all the others, just run past them. They can't attack you when you're moving, even if you run straight at them. Even Ashley can outrun them, as long as you keep the running button held down the entire time.
More guns from the Merchant
If you beat the game and operation Ada the merchant will let you buy three new guns from him, which are the Chicago Typewriter, infinite rocket launcher and Matilda.
Island Baddies
Later in the game you'll reach a mysterious Island. The island is filled with freaks that will make you wish you were fighting villagers. First, there are some common enemies that have no armor whatsoever. Shoot 'em in the head or heart. There are some that have helmets, shot 'em in the heart. Then some big commando guy with a huge gun will start shooting at you. Don't get hit. Get cover and throw grenades at him. Another way to beat him easy is to make him climb windows. Shoot him while he's climbing a window. Eventually, you'll reach some fortress and you will find some big guys that look like cyborgs. Its best to shoot at their heads with the rifle or magnum. As if things weren't bad enough, a new creature called "The Regenerators" will attack you. If you shoot at them, their body parts will grow back. The best course of action is to run past them and do avoid getting hit by them. Eventually you'll reach a Regenerator with a keycard stuck to his torso. You have to kill him, shoot his legs, when he falls to the floor, throw grenades. Buy the body armor from the merchant. It reduces all damage taken by 30%. Don't waste ammo and you wont have much trouble. At least till you rescue Ashley, then it gets extremely hard.
Good Dog
When you see a dog stuck in a bear trap, save him. He will run away but he will help you out later in the game.
Ammo Hint
There is a sort of hint that helps you Rambo types. When you fight anyone with any type of gun, there is a 50% chance that when you hit there body you don't get any ammo or weapons, however there is a loop hole in the game. When you are being attacked by various village people etc. and you run low on ammo, make sure you aim straight for the head until you kill them. That's is when constantly you get ammo, yea so keep repeating the process until your gun is fully loaded, and make the game a little easier for yourself. (note: this worked on the first two stages and I am not sure if it somehow becomes harder to find, but this is a good start!!)
Spiked Ceilings
There are two spiked ceilings. One with Salazar and one before the Mine Wagon Ride. When they are about to come down just use your knife. Keep holding R and A until you break a red spot, run to the other ones and do the same. It's good to save some ammo.
Leon the Untouchable
A very smart and quick way to kill the guy with the chainsaw waving it crazy is to climb the ladder that is at the water where the slide line is when you are going down. Once he jumps the ladder you use your knife and he should fall in the water. If not the try again.
Head Start
Before that BIG statue comes running after you you need to run a lot and push a lot of buttons. Here's a head start, if you have a Sniper Rifle then use it to break that Lock that is on the door. Once you broke it before the statue comes alive all you got to do is open the door instead of using your knife to open the lock then the door. That's how you can get GAME OVER if you're too slow
Total Suicide
When you shot an enemy's head of a weird spider sometimes come out. When it is out of the body it can run around and jump on you and hit you. I don't think you want to waste your time on those. Want to know why? Because they kill themselves. Just run around for about 1-2 minutes and they should die
Ada and Krauser
The best way to bring him on his knees is if you shoot his legs. Use the TMP or the Semi-Rifle to do the trick.
Fast runner
If you have a Sniper Rifle, Shotgun, Rocket Launcher, Mine Thrower or any other gun that may be heavy is causing you to run slow. If you have an egg or grenade in your hand you will run alot faster. If you have a handgun out you will run regular and if you have heavy weapons on then you will run slow. So if you want to run away from a monster you don't want to get hurt by the run fast with a grenade or handgun
Quick Kill on El Gigante (Ogre)
Make sure you have exactly four grenades on you. Throw two at the same time at El Gigante and he will go on his knees. When you jump off of him throw two more grenades quickly and jump on him. He will die in at least 30 seconds or less.
Mercenaries Backup
To get a good enough score but still earn 5* stars you need about 6,000pts. Some characters have a better advantage like Krauser, he has his arm. This is how to start off with every character…..
LEON Village ~ Collect ALL of the extra time limit. Use your Handgun to kill villagers from 2-4 shots. Find Shotgun ammo to use. Once the Bella Sisters (Chainsaw lady) comes out take out your Shotgun, blast some heads off and kill the Bella Sisters.
LEON Castle ~ Collect ALL of the extra time limit. Do the same like the village part. Once you reach the ending point DO NOT open the big doors because a Garridor will come out to attack. Keep shooting, also shoot the red barrels to kill a lot of enemies when close by. Kill the ones with the bow gun first and move left and right to check on the enemies.
LEON Island ~ Do the same as the other areas. Once J.J (Machine gun man) comes out shoot him with the Shotgun in the face 4-7 times and he should die. Keep on going....remember that there are only 2 J.J's. Find many explosives and pack the enemies up and blow them into pieces.
LEON Bay ~ If you start almost at the top of the tall tower shoot the 3 enemies that are in front of you it should take 2 shots for all 3 of them to die. Climb to the top of the tower and wait for the Crazy Chainsaw man comes up. Shoot him in the face 4-9 times and he should die. Be careful because there is another one around there. If you want you can kill them with your knife. Simply wait for them to jump the ladder and knife them making them fall into the water.
ADA Village ~ Simply use your Blacktail to break barrels and kill some villagers. Find as many Sniper Rifle bullets and use it to blast heads off and kill the Bella Sisters easier. Use you TMP when the Bella Sisters are on the floor. Use the Semi-Rifle when you are cornered or KICK to make the one’s in front get pushed.
ADA Castle ~ Use your Blacktail for a while then the TMP and then the Semi-Rifle. It is best that you shoot them in the chest not the head.
ADA Island ~ Use your TMP for a couple of shots to the head and keep running for your life. Once you've got both J.J's use your Incendiary grenades and use the Semi-Rifle. Just run around finding more time and blast heads off.
ADA Bay ~ This is too easy. Use your TMP or Blacktail which ever one is right for you. Wait till the Crazy Chainsaw man comes and make sure you are at a far distance, shoot him with the Semi-Rifle 5-8 times and he's dead.
HUNK Village ~ Just use Neck breaker all the time to make sure you get good combo points
HUNK Castle ~ Run to the top and let the Garridor out and use ALL of you grenades. Use Neck breaker on enemies and get good combo points.
HUNK Island ~ Use ALL your grenades on J.J and shoot him in the face. Use Neck breaker and blow some enemies up.
HUNK Bay ~ Shoot the Crazy Chainsaw man from a far distance and throw 2-3 grenades at him. He should die quick. Get some more grenades and kill the other one, get some Neck breakers and combo points.
KRAUSER Village ~ Not much to do but use your arm, run away, use your arm and run away.
KRAUSER Castle ~ Collect the time and open the doors, use your arm and continue with your Bow and Arrows in that small little room.
KRAUSER Island ~ Not much to do but use your arm here too.
KRAUSER Bay ~ Use your arm and shoot the Crazy Chainsaw man in the head.
WESKER Village ~ Throw away your Silent Pistol attachment because it’s wasting space in your inventory. Use your handgun until you have run out of ammo, use your Flash grenades to get some hits, then use the Semi-Rifle. When the Bella Sisters come throw Grenades and use both your Semi-Rifle and Killer 7.
WESKER Castle ~ Run to the top of the castle collecting ALL of the time limits on your way. Use your Grenades and Incendiary grenades to kill the one’s with that wooden shield. Open the big doors and shoot Garridor 2 times in the back with the Killer 7 and 3-6 times with the Semi-Rifle.
WESKER Island ~ Shoot J.J with the Semi-Rifle or Killer 7 and throw 1 Grenade. Get some headshots or kill enemies with the Semi-Rifle in the chest.
WESKER Bay ~ Shoot the Crazy Chainsaw man with the Semi-Rifle 2-4 shots with the Killer 7 use 1-3 shots. Go around on high ground and throw Grenades and shoot with the Semi-Rifle
Need health?
Try going fishing. If you see fishes you can use your knife or shoot them. They will give you some health.
Burn Baby Burn!
There are some villagers that have a torch and blow fire at you. The best way to kill them is fight fire with fire. Have any eggs? Equip them so that you could throw eggs at them. It may be fun but painful for them. When they are about to blow fire you quickly throw the egg or use your knife if you want to save some eggs in case. Once you hit them with an egg or cut them they will burn themselves causing you to save ammo
Easy Money
Shoot the red lanterns to get a free spinel. Beware: they burn you if you get to close.
Treasures
Just after Ashley is taken by the flying Bugs in the circular room, blast away at their Giant Pod. You will be rewarded with green, blue and red eyes that you can sell to the Merchant.
Block with Knife
When the things throw something at you take out your knife and block to save life.
Ashley's Adventure
There is an easier way to get through the first part of Ashley's Adventure. Instead of using the crank in the beginning part, run all the way to the right, and continue forward. The crawl action should be activate, so use it. Move forward again and crawl. You have just successfully got to the other room without dealing with the first enemy!
Alien VS. Leon
After you fall and save yourself from that trap Salazar pushed you are in a sewers with the Merchant. You climb up the ladder and a weird monster follows you, when you go through a door and keep going the monster runs after you and you either have to Crouch or Dodge. When you push the button on the door "Verdugo" the alien-like monster pops out. Use the container to Freeze him, kick him then when hes on the floor you use your knife. When he gets up his eyes will glow, that means he's about to attack, run away and come back for more. Once the door opens you run out and freeze him again and again until you run out. The finally use the doors. When you are on the other side of the door and he bangs ONCE, you quickly kick the door. If he's behind the door when it is open you can see his head coming out of the door you are able to use your knife even though its through the door but it's still hitting his head. By the time he dies or is almost dead the elevator gets there, so you can either fight him or leave.
Power of the Suplex
In the regular mode, Leon can do a suplex after Ashley is captured. What works best is if you use the suplex on the stairs, the stairs is better because 75% of the chance the enemy's head would be squished dying faster than a suplex on the flat ground.
Ashley and El Garridor
To defeat the Garridor quickly you normally use the bells to distract him. But the thing is that there are only 2 bells, and he breaks them so that you wont use them no more. Use Ashley... No she's not going to get hurt neither should you, depending on how fast you are. Tell Ashley to stay upstairs in the room where you was talking to Salazar, yes on the other side of the door. Now when you are fighting him press X to say "Follow Me" then press it again to say "Wait" and the Garridor should hear you and starts to run after you and hit the wall. Use the knife to save ammo if you want, keep on doing this and he should go down.
HUNK the invincible
Running out of ammo?
This is an even more fun and smart way to save ammo and kill 'zombies'. shot them in the face or knees and kick them, when they are on the floor you use your knife. When they are getting up you quickly go behind them and wait till it's standing. Quickly cut their face and kick them down, keep doing this and you should save alot of ammo.
Kill El Gigante Fast
Before you go in to battle El Gigante (ogre thing) go to the merchant and buy a rocket launcher. Then blow the sh** out of El Gigante. DON'T WORRY! Its OK to sell all your weapons because you can slice him up with your combat knife. Also with the gold bars he drops you could buy back your pistol.
The Easiest Way to Defeat Krauser
This makes Krauser the easiest boss in the game. When you're fighting Krasuer and you get to the part where his mutated arm appears, take out your knife. I know it sounds dumb but its the most powerful weapon you can use against him. When ever he gets close to you, just swing your knife and he'll go down on his knees.Then swing again at his head. Do this about six times and you will kill him in 50 seconds.
Treasure Behind the Church
Behind the Church there is a Green Catseye. To get it you must light up 3 letter-like symbols, M, V and Z. To light them up, move 3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 3, 3, 3
Blind Birds
To kill a pack of birds quickly is to throw a Flash Grenade at them, they ALL should die.
Snake Bites
Don't you just hate those snakes in the wooden boxes. A better way than shoot at the box from a far distance is if you use your knife TWICE. Once you break the box quickly use it again to kill the snake.
Get Shot By Louis
During any part of the cabin raid where you are fighting with Louis, shoot him 4-8 times. A small cutscene will play where Louis shoots you and you get a game over.
Infinite Health?
When your health is down and you are about to die in just one hit you can just simply run into a bear trap and you wont die. Keep on trying, you're not going to die... unless you get attacked or blown up.
Resident Evil 4 Copied!
On Mercenaries if you play as HUNK and Krauser you can hear different theme songs. But what I have heard, HUNK and Krausers theme songs are from another Capcom game called P.N.03 (Product Number 3)
Ada's costumes
When you look at Ada's dress carefully you can see a butterfly design on it. When you play the game again on special costume mode you can see on Ada's right side below her shoulder that the same butterfly design was on the dress is on that costume.
Del Lago Eats You
Go to the end of the dock and shoot a fish, it can take a while but the alligator will come out of the water and eat you.
Ashley's Panties
When you get to the Gondola' control booth, descend the first flight of stairs at the cliff's edge. It's where you climb the ladder and at the top you find the Yellow Catseye in the chest (you must have a sniper rifle for this next part so you can zoom). When you climb down the ladder, you have to catch Ashley so then she can get down. Don't catch her just yet. Just stay at the bottom. When You look up, she will cover her legs and go "you pervert!" What you have to do and take out the sniper rifle. Back up only a little bit from Ashley. Look up and zoom in with the rifle. You will see Ashley's white panties with a little ribbon on it.
Wrong Line
In Chapter 5-3 when you are fighting Krauser. If you have your game on Special Costume Ada and Leon should be wearing a different costume. After Ada saves Leon by shooting Krausers knife Krauser should say "Well if it isn't the Bitch in the red dress" as you see, Ada is not wearing a red dress.
Leon and his gun
In Chapter 4-4 right before you start the second disc. If you have anything equipped or nothing and you continue on to met Ada you'll see that Leon has his Handgun out. If you sell the handgun he will still have it. Guess Leon must love that gun
Pants go down!
When you are fight El Gigante "The Giant Ogres" as you would say, you are able to put his pants down a bit. When you bring him down a plague comes out of his back, instead of jumping on him from the front, you jump on him from the back. When Leon jumps he steps on the giant's shorts and you will see it go down a bit. I see London I see France. I see El Gigante's under pants!
Cutting the Door and Kicking the Door
There's a way of cheating and only using your knife to kill the villagers. You might need to waste 1-3 bullets to do this. All you have to do is find a wooden door, shoot the wooden door until you've made a whole and able to see through the other side. Once you've done that, start using your knife, if you hit them in the face you are still able to kick them even if you're on the other side. This really works in the beginning but I don't think for the guy with the chainsaw, so don't go in that house.
Leon and the Infinite Rocket Launcher
To do this glitch you must simply unlock the Infinite Rocket Launcher first. Buy it. Once you've found an enemy use your knife to cut them in the face, then kick them
NOTE: You must have the Infinite Rocket Launcher equipped
Now you will see Leon In a fighting stance with the Infinite Rocket Launcher inside of his stomach..... what did you eat Leon? If that doesn't work then try again, it mostly works 4/5 tries.
NOTE: To make the glitch stop just simply hold the R or L button or equip another weapon
Wrong Line pt.2
In Chapter 1-3. If you have the game on Special cotume, Leon should be wearing a R.P.D costume. After you are saved by a woman through the other side of the window. As you look closely she is wearing a costume like what Leon is wearing. After the chief jumps out the window and you check the window it should say "That woman in Red...." as you were looking closely, she wasn't wearing Red
How many knives does Leon have?
When Ada does that front flip Leon takes out his knife and runs after her. As you look closely you can see the knife case it has another knife in it and Leon still has his knife out holding it.
